Content
Scale without data is just volume.
Generate content at scale only where real data makes every page worth existing.
Programmatic content works when there is a genuine dataset behind it - prices, availability, specifications, coverage, results - and the page is the most convenient place to read it.
It fails when the data is a template with three variables swapped, which is most of what gets shipped under this name. We decide which case you are in before writing a single template.
What it covers
- Dataset validation and the quality bar per page
- Template design with genuine variation
- Indexation rules and internal linking at scale
- Ongoing quality sampling as the set grows
Also in this capability
- Content StrategyDecide what to publish, in what order and why - before anyone writes anything.
- SEO ContentContent written to rank because it is the best answer, not because it hit a keyword density.
- AI Search ContentContent built to be quoted by a model, which is a different job from ranking.
- Content RefreshFix, merge or remove what you already published - usually the fastest available win.
How it works
01
Write one page by hand first
Before any template exists, somebody writes the best possible version of a single case. If that page is thin even when a person wrote it with full effort, the template will produce two thousand thinner ones.
02
Separate what varies from what repeats
The repeated frame carries the structure; the varying part carries the value. When the ratio tips the wrong way, every page reads as boilerplate with a noun swapped - which is what readers and models both detect first.
03
Set a quality floor and enforce it automatically
Minimum data completeness per page, and pages that fall below it do not publish. Without a floor the set degrades quietly as the dataset ages, and nobody notices until traffic does.
04
Sample by hand as the set grows
A person reads a random handful every cycle. Automated checks confirm the fields are filled; only a human notices that the sentence they produce is nonsense.
What you get
- A hand-written reference page the template has to match
- Template with the varying and repeating parts separated deliberately
- Quality floor defined and wired into publishing
- Sampling routine with a person in it
