Capabilities
A channel you do not measure can only be defended with a story.
Know what moved.
One picture of organic growth, counted the same way every month.
Measurement runs through everything else here rather than being sold beside it. The same metric definitions, the same date ranges and the same method every month - because a metric whose definition changes along the way always changes in the agency's favour.
We also say what we do not know. A metric calculated from incomplete data gets a footnote, not a round-up.
What it covers
- Metric definitions written down once, for every channel
- GA4 and Search Console setup that answers business questions
- AI visibility and Share of Voice measurement
- Brand versus non-brand demand, separated properly
- Organic revenue, conversions and assisted paths
- Dashboards, and data exported to your BI if you want to count yourself
How it works
01
Write the definitions down first
We agree what each number means before we start showing it. This is the step that decides whether the reporting is honest a year later.
02
Connect the measurement
Search, five AI engines, app stores, mentions. One date range and one method for everything that ends up in the report.
03
Report in a fixed shape
The same layout every month, with the date range stated explicitly. If data is incomplete, the metric gets a footnote.
04
Alert, do not wait
A visibility drop or a new competitor in AI answers does not wait for the end of the month.
What we measure
- Repeatability: the same number calculated twice comes out the same
- Time from a board question to an answer
- One view instead of five separate dashboards
- Share of reported metrics with a written definition
From our own research
Unmerged name variants deflate your own share
Competitors detected automatically enter the set once per spelling - Alior and Alior Bank as two separate brands. Every such pair inflates the denominator and deflates your share of answers. On one project, merging the variants moved the share from 2.12% to 3.73% without a single change on the client's site. Measurement itself is sometimes the first thing that needs fixing.
