Controller
The controller of your personal data is THE Clarity Mateusz Rzetecki, NIP 6681926166. For anything related to your data, write to hello@organicly.agency.
When you write to us
We process your email address, name and anything you include in the message, in order to reply and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any cooperation that follows, and afterwards for as long as claims related to it may arise.
When you visit the site
The site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies. We do not track you across pages or across sites.
Like every server, our hosting provider records technical data about requests - such as IP address, browser type and the address requested - to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to identify visitors.
Who else processes the data
Vercel Inc. hosts the site. OVH hosts our email. Both act on our behalf as processors. Vercel is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR.
We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to it and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@organicly.agency and we will reply within the time the GDPR requires.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Warsaw.
